Smoked fish

Yes, we're back onboard. Last saturday we went to the market to buy our fruit and vegetables and also two nice trouts.
We had brought a  fish smoker with us and now was the time to test it.
Salted the fish and put it in the tin box with some saw dust.
After half an hour there was a nice smell of smoked fish. It tasted delicious.
Looking forward to catch a lot of fish. Suppose  the fish market is the best bet.
