In the market we bought a bunch of green bransches. The first time we saw it was in the market in Ayvalik. Un old lady sold it but we didn't understand how to prepare it. Later we have found it both in Datca and Finike.
Now we know how to do. First boil it for ten minutes, then take off the outer skin and threw away the inner sticks. Pour over some olive oil, salt, lemon and garlic.
It's called Deniz Bördlce.
If I remember correct this stuff also cures illness and strengthens your spirits.
